Until production legal text is finalized, room2let applies a single transparent rule: guests may cancel any pending or accepted booking before the check-in date for a full refund. Stays already in progress are not refundable through self-serve and require contacting support.
How refunds work
For paid bookings, refunds are issued automatically through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe processing fees are not refunded by the platform. Refunds typically appear on statements within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Host cancellations
Hosts may decline pending requests at any time. Cancelling an already-accepted booking requires contacting support so we can coordinate with the guest and arrange a refund.
