How it works

For guests

  1. Search. Enter a city or use “near me” to find stays. Filter by dates, guests, price, amenities, or radius.
  2. Request to book. Pick dates and submit. The host has 24 hours to accept.
  3. Pay only on acceptance. If the host accepts, Stripe Checkout opens. Your card isn't charged before that.
  4. Stay. The address and arrival instructions land in your trip details.
  5. Review. After checkout, you can leave a public review.

For hosts

  1. Create a listing. Title, photos, location, capacity, price.
  2. Connect Stripe. Express onboarding handles KYC and payouts to your IBAN.
  3. Sync your calendar. Import iCal feeds from Airbnb / Booking / VRBO so dates don't double-book.
  4. Accept or decline. Requests land in your inbox; choose within 24 hours.
  5. Get paid. Stripe transfers to your account after the booking is confirmed.

What we charge

Listing is free. We take a 5% platform fee from each completed booking, deducted via Stripe. Stripe's payment-processing fees are separate and applied per transaction.
